A Swiss 18-carat gold hunting cased keyless lever watch, circa 1893. Retailed by August Brudert, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mechanical jewelled movement, wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and Arabic five-minute divisions. Later American case, ribbed band, hinged front cover engraved with initials in a cartouche, and hinged engine turned back. Case and cuvette numbered, dial and movement signed.
