Gold open faced lever pendant watch and chain

A Swiss 18 carat gold, enamel and diamond set open faced keyless lever pendant watch and enamel chain, circa 1910. Mechanical lever movement, 17 jewels. Engine turned gilt dial, polished chapter ring, applied blue Breguet numerals and outer blue dot fifth division. Engraved basket weave case back, blue enamel central zone with gilt floret to the center, outer blue and white enamel border set with six diamonds, basket weave band, blue enamel border to the bezel. Comes with a gold link chain with blue enamel and pearl spacers. Case and movement numbered.
