Split seconds chronograph with jumping fifth seconds by Jules Jürgensen

A fine and rare Danish 18 carat rose gold hunting cased two train keyless lever split seconds chronograph watch with jumping fifth seconds, circa 1876. Two train nickel finished jewelled lever movement, tandem winding, bimetallic compensation balance, patent bow setting. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer calibrated black and red fifth seconds divisions, sunken subsidiary jump fifth seconds combined with center seconds. Polished case, back case rim inscribed Patent 1867 January 15, split seconds chronograph operated through two buttons in the band. Case, cuvette, dial and movement signed, case, movement and cuvette numbered.
