A fine Swiss 14 carat gold, enamel and diamond set hunting cased keyless lever pocket watch, circa 1880-1899. Nickel finished lever movement, 16 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance. 14 Carat gold cuvette. Guilloché gilt dial, polished chapter ring with Arabic numerals, blued steel spade hands and sunken subsidiary dial for constant seconds. The front of the case with polychrome enamel portrait of a maiden in a loggia set within a classical landscape, picking cherries two set with diamonds, to the back a polychrome enamel idyllic landscape, both covers enhanced with blue guilloché with gilt star motif, engraved bow and pendant, hinged back. Case, cuvette, movement and dial signed, case, cuvette and movement numbered.
