A rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold and diamond set flower brooch with concealed watch, circa 1941. Nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels. Rose gilt dial with Arabic and baton numerals, all revealed under flower form case, stem with leaf, diamond set stamen surrounded by petals, all enhanced with a single row of diamonds, hinged white gold brooch. Case, dial and movement signed, brooch stamped HB for H. Béguin, case and movement numbered.
