A very rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold open faced Art Deco lever dress watch, circa 1941. Retailed by Casa Welsch in Lima, Peru. Lever movement.
An extra flat, two-part case of top quality stamped with the Geneva seal, monogram CGE on the back. Rose gold dial with applied rose gold Breguet hour numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and rose gold Breguet hands.
Dial signed by the watchmaker and retailer, case and movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker. Comes with an Extract from the Archives.
