A fine Swiss 18 carat gold United States of America twenty dollar coin watch with skeletonized dial, circa 1970. Mechanical skeletonized jewelled lever movement, outer rim with baton numerals, all hinged within a circular case composed of a gold United States of America twenty dollar coin with the head of Lady Liberty to the cover and dated 1903, the bald eagle to the reverse and motto In God We Trust, hinged cover opened by depressing a concealed thumbpiece in the band. Movement signed.
