A fine American 18 carat gold hunting cased lever pocket watch, circa 1890. Retailed by Vautrot & Hull, Warren, Ohio. Gilt finished full plate jewelled lever movement. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, sunken subsidiary dial for constant seconds and blued steel hands. Engine turned case, hinged back. Dial signed by watchmaker, movement signed by retailer and numbered, case numbered and stamped B.W.C. Co. for Brooklyn Watch Case Company.
