A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced chronograph keyless lever watch, circa 1920. Keyless jewelled lever movement. White enamel dial with Arabic and dot numerals, two subsidiary dials indicating constant seconds and 30 minutes register. Plain case, snap on back, chronograph operated through button in crown. Dial and movement signed.
