A very fine and rare Swiss 18 carat gold, platinum, rock crystal, enamel and sapphire open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1927. Keyless lever movement, 19 jewels. Engine turned dial with silver chapter ring indicating Arabic five minute divisions. Rock crystal case, gold and white enamel bezel with gold Roman numerals, florette spacers, cabochon sapphire set band, triangular platinum bow with hand stamped numbers. Movement signed European Watch & Clock Co Inc., dial signed Cartier.
