A fine Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced keyless lever dress watch, circa 1910. Ultra thin nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, blued steel moon style hands and subsidiary seconds. The front and back bezels and base of the bow similarly decorated with white enamel Greek key motifs, ropetwist band, white enamel monogram BHJ to the hinged case back. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed, cuvette  and movement numbered.
