A very fine and rare Swiss, 18 carat yellow gold keyless pocket watch, circa 1910.
A polished case, the back cover with engraved initial and a hinged gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track and Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds and yellow gold Louis XV hands. Nickel movement, patented bridge calibre, 21 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, gold wheel train, counter posit straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, swanneck micrometre regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed, cuvette and movement also signed by the retailer.
