Gold watch with enamel scene of Saint Martha 
–
A very fine Swiss 18K yellow gold and cloisonne enamel quarter repeating keyless pocket watch, circa 1910. A solid, polished case, reeded borders, case back with painted-on enamel representing Saint Martha with a dragon at her feet on a guilloche sunburst enamel background, and outer rim with floral pattern inlaid with black enamel. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the technical details, glazed aperture for the movement. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dial for the seconds and blued steel hands. Rhodium plated movement, 30 jewels, wolf`s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Cuvette signed.
