A very fine Danish, 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1880. A hinged gold cuvette, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 and blued steel Breguet hands. A rhodium plated movement, counterpoised straight line lever escapement with elongated fork, cut bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balance spring, large index regulator with engraved scale on centre bridge. The dial, case and the Movement are signed.
