A very fine and rare, thin Swiss, keyless 18K pink gold dress watch, circa 1943. A polished and brushed case, rounded bezel, stepped band, inverted U shaped bow. Two-tone silver dial with applied pink gold Roman numerals and dot indexes on an inclined reserve, inner minute track, subsidiary seconds. Pink gold baton hands. A rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, micrometre regulator. Dial, case and movement signed.
