A fine English silver pair cased pocket watch with a 19th Century W.J. Moore watch paper, circa 1700. Silver dial, champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with five-minute Arabic numerals on polished cartouches, centre chased with scrolling and a mask. Blued steel tulip and poker hands.

Gilt brass full plate movement with divided vase pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, flat balance spring, single-footed cock with straight-line base and streamers engraved with two masks. Dial and movement signed.
