An early London Champlevé verge pocket watch in beautiful condition, circa 1700. The silver case features a concealed winding stem and a maker’s punch with the initials DA. The English verge movement is exquisitely decorated, adorned with mythical creatures and birds on the bridge. The main plate bears the maker’s signature and showcases stunning pillars. The champlevé dial is signed and displays Roman hour markers and Arabic minute markers. The hands of the dial are made of iron.
