A fine English 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased pocket watch with English lever escapement movement, made for the South American market, circa 1890. Gilt lever movement with screwed chatons and bimetallic compensation balance. Gold cuvette.
Case polished with polychrome enamel floral motifs, diamond in the centre.
Decorative silvered dial engraved with scrolls, embellished and surmounted by gold floral motifs to the outer chapter and centre field, blued steel spade hands. Dial and movement signed.
