18K gold case with engraved monogram and English hallmarks. Very fine precision lever movement in English construction with screwed gold chatons. Perfectly preserved enamel dial with sustained central second, Roman radial hours, outer minutes/seconds track with 300 chronograph graduation, gold spade hands, and blued steel seconds hand. Case and movement with matched numbers.
