An extremely rare repoussé verge watch with enamel case, ‘Isaak & Rebekka’, made by John Grantham in London, England, circa 1762. This watch features a pair cased design, with a rare gold repoussé outer case, intricately crafted in high relief and adorned with exceptionally rare enamelling and the plain inner case bears the London hallmarks from 1762. The white enamel dial has Arabic five minute numerals, Roman hour numerals and gilt hands and the numbered movement is fitted with a verge escapement.
