A verge watch with enamel military motif painting made by P. Lawson in London, England, circa 1800. The double open faced case was crafted from silver and has the London Hallmark from 1800. The white enamel dial has a painting in the center of a military rider with a saber, Arabic hour numerals and black lacquered copper hands. The numbered movement has a verge escapement.
The movement is signed.
