An extremely rare English square Renaissance-style verge pendant watch, circa 1800. The watch features a square silver case with decorative ray skin on the sides and is glazed on both sides. It contains a magnificent square verge movement that is richly decorated. The enamel dial is signed and displays Roman radial hours, complemented by gilt hands. The watch is in a very beautiful condition, in working order, and remains intact.
