This watch has two cases: an outer case – copper, firegilt, tiered, polished, à goutte, with case maker’s punch mark “WR” and a large lateral hinge; and an inner case – copper, fire gilt, polished, with case maker’s punch mark “WR” (possibly William Rowlands of London). The signed regulator enamel dial has an eccentric hour dial with Roman numerals, a date ring with Arabic numerals and arrow shaped hands.
