Pugh married Spinner Marion Willis on November 24, 1853 in St Bartholomew (Church), Vauxhall, Liverpool. He lived at 540 Scotland Road. His wedding was witnessed by Richard’s father, James Pugh (farmer), and John and Clara Willis. John Willis was an engraver.
This clock was completed by Puch, the raw movement was probably supplied by John Beesley Sr. He also called himself “Maker Movement” in dating this watch, it is not likely that this work of John Beesley Jr. comes.
