A very fine French, rare and elegant, thin platinum pocket watch, circa 1930. A solid, polished case, matte silver dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. Movement signed European Watch and Clock Co., rhodium-plated with Geneva striping decoration, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat hairspring. Dial signed Cartier, numbered on the case, movement signed European Watch & Clock Co.
