A very fine and rare, extra-thin Swiss 18 carat gold pocket watch with regulator dial, circa 1849. A solid, polished case. Enamel dial with flower decoration, Roman numerals, subsidiary dials, single-handed, outer minute track and fleur-de-lyse hands. Straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance spring. Signed cuvette.
