An extremely rare and elegant platinum keyless pocket watch made by Vacheron Constantin S.A. in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1980. The three body case has a reeded bezel and is glazed on both sides. The skeletonized dial features blued steel hands. The skeletonized movement is fitted with  19 jewels, a straight line lever escapement, flat balance spring and an index regulator. Case and movement signed and numbered.
