A fine Swiss 18 carat pink gold hunting cased keyless lever watch circa 1887. The watch features a mechanical jewelled lever movement and a white enamel dial with Roman radial hours, an outer minute ring, and spade hands. The case has a chased and engraved band, with the front featuring floral, scrolls, and foliage motifs. The hinged case back is similarly decorated. The gold cuvette is engraved with Patek Philippe & Co. Genève. The case, cuvette, and dial are all signed, with the case and cuvette numbered. The Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirms that the present watch was produced in 1887 and sold on December 17, 1887.
