A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless lever pocket watch with enamel dial, circa 1893. This watch features a handwound mechanical, jewelled and signed movement with a lever escapement. It boasts a white enamel dial adorned with Roman numerals for hours, an outer track for minutes with gold coloured Arabic numerals at five minute intervals, outer railway minute divisions, and Louis XV style hands. The case is crafted from 18 carat yellow gold with a plain base dust cover. With its case shaped like a house, and the certificate of origin and guarantee bearing the number 89545, dated 22 June 1893.
