An extremely rare gold/ enamel verge watch repeater, pearl setting and finest en-grisaille painting, circa 1800. An 18K gold, both sides set with Oriental pearls (one half pearl missing), back with finest en-grisaille painting, gilt verge movement, repeating the hours and quarters, screwed enamel dial, pink gold hands, enamel plaque with small imperfections at the rim.
