A French 18 carat pink gold pocket watch with on demand repeater, circa 1822–1838. This watch features a cock movement with a verge escapement. Its white enamel dial displays Breguet numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, and gilt Breguet style hands. The case is engine turned on the bezel, band, and back, with a metal cuvette and locking latch. It includes a pendant activated repeater accessible on demand. The watch bears the Sphinx hallmark (Bureau de Garantie des Départements), the tête de bœuf, and the master’s mark CF with a spade. The cock movement is numbered. (Not working, broken glass)
