A French gold centre seconds keywind pocket watch with a polychrome enamel painted scene, circa 1800. This watch features a gilded full plate movement, signed Breguet A Paris, with a pierced and engraved double screwed balance cock and a verge escapement. The restored white enamel dial now displays the name Breguet ET FILS. It has Arabic numerals for the radial hours, an outer track for minutes and seconds with Arabic numerals every fifteen minutes, a central seconds hand, and Beetle and Poker hands.  The back of the gold case is translucent blue, engine turned, showcasing a central polychrome enamel painted romantic scene within an oval.
