A French pink gold double dialled keywound verge watch with day, date, and regulator, circa 1800. The watch has a verge movement with chain fusée. It has a double dial: the front is white enamel, while the sides are pink and decorated with polychrome enamel flowers and angels. It features Roman radial hours, an outer minutes track with Arabic numerals every five minutes, a subsidiary regulator dial, and gold Louis XV-style hands; the back dial is white enamel with the day and date. The pink gold case features engravings and applied decorations on the sides, and a hinged case back. The dial is signed.
