A fine, exceptional quarter repeating coach clock from the property of the Bourbon family, with crest of Louis Philippe d’Orléans (1773- 1850) Case is firegilt, covered with tortoiseshell, string for repetition with engraved ball-shaped bob, large lateral hinge, pendant with engraved crest of the Bourbon family: a crown, three lillies and medals. The dial is enamel, domed, radial Roman hours, Louis XVI hands. Full plate movement, frosted, gilt, chain/fusee, circular pillars, 2 hammers, 1 bell, blued screws, silver regulator disc, signed, three-arm brass balance, florally engraved and pierced balance bridge
