The watch features a bridge movement with a lever escapement, two hammers, two gongs, and a gold screw compensation balance. It has a silvered signed dial with Arabic radial hour markers, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial, and elegant blued steel Breguet style hands. The 18 carat yellow gold case has a polished finish, featuring a monogram and a snap on back. The watch is accompanied by a Cartier service pouch and a presentation case.
