A rare French rock crystal, platinum, 18 carat yellow gold, enamel and diamond set open faced keyless pre Art Deco pocket watch by Cartier in Paris, circa 1910-1915. Movement with lever escapement, 18 jewels and eight adjustments. Two tone silvered guilloché dial with an outer minute track, inner radial Arabic five minute numerals and yellow gold Breguet hands. The monobloc rock crystal case with a white enamel bezel featuring alternating 18 carat yellow gold radial Roman hour numerals and flowerhead half hour markers, one diamond at 12 o’clock, a platinum band set with rose cut diamonds and a triangular platinum bow. Dial and movement signed, case numbered.
