The watch is a rarity and unique in this design. According to the Breguet archive, the no. 802 was originally equipped with a golden, plain Joly case. It can be assumed that the current case was custom-made on request of the owner and the case hallmark was made about 10-15 years later by the famous Breguet casemaker Tavernier. The watch comes with a certificate by SAWCC.
