Pocket watches from the time of the French Revolution with corresponding dials are generally absolute rarities and sought-after collector’s items, as they were only produced for a very short period of time. An example that combines both calendars and the corresponding dials for displaying the time on one side of the watch is a museum collector’s item. Other examples in this version are unknown, but similar objects have already realised collector’s prices at auctions.
