Impressive and almost new full hunter case watch

An impressive, exceptionally heavy and almost new gold full hunter cased pocket watch with quarter repeater, made by A. Lange & Söhne in Glashütte near Dresden, Germany, circa 1888. This full hunter cased `a goutte pocket watch was crafted from 18 carat gold, is numbered and has factory glazing. The white enamel dial has red Arabic minute- and black Roman numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The numbered  movement in Lange & Söhne top quality 1A has a lever escapement, a quarter repeater, a diamond end stone, screwed gold chatons, a gold lever and a gold escapement wheel.
Case and movement have matching numbers and dial, movement and box are signed.
