A fine Glashütte hunting cased pocket watch with box, circa 1905. Commemoration watch celebrating the 25th anniversary of textile company Heymann, Welter & Co. in Berlin- sold on 12/12/1905 to Paul de Beaux company in Leipzig for the sum of 336 Marks, with Lange extract from the archives and original dedication letter given by the company Heymann, Welter & Co. to Mr Waltke, dated March 31, 1906.
18-Carat gold, engine-turned case with monogram and a gold dome. Signed enamel dial with Arabic Empire numerals, auxiliary seconds, and gold Louis XV hands. Signed 3/4 plate movement with screwed gold chatons, gold screw compensation balance, florally hand-engraved balance cock, index spring fine adjusting device, gold lever and escape wheel, and a chatoned diamond endstone on balance.
