The extract from the archives confirms the originality of the watch, which was delivered to Hermann Grosch in Weimar in 1899.
Due to a minimal deviation of the Lange punches between the back lid and the spring lid, it is assumed that the inner part of the spring lid was renewed at A. Lange & Söhne during a service. This change is not visible, but is noted in the extract from the archives.
