18 carat gold case; A.Lange & Söhne precision lever movement with gold lever and gold escape wheel, early edition, still without fine adjusting device; white enamel dial with Roman numerals, sunk subsidiary dial for the Arabic seconds and blued steel hands. Dial and movement signed. Matching numbers on case and movement.
