A German, gilt silver pair cased open faced key winding pocket watch with quarter-repeater, circa 1760. Signed movement, calibre 16, fusee and chain, verge escapement and one horological complication: Quarter repeater on one bell by two hammers (activated by depressing the pendant). Enamel dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track with Arabic five minutes numerals and original Louis XV style hands. Round shaped gilded silver case, outer case repoussé with a hunting scene (Ø 46.5 mm).
