A large, ornamental Swiss silver open faced verge pocket watch with visible balance, circa 1830. Plain case with maker’s mark AB. Silver and gilt engraved dial, visible three-arm balance at 12 o’clock, a small eccentric white enamel dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions at 6 and two polychrome enamel medallions. Full plate movement, verge escapement, chain and fusee.
