Gold hunting cased high quality pocket watch

A high quality English 18 carat gold hunting cased lever pocket watch, Hallmarked London 1906. ¾ Plate keyless movement with an English lever escapement and 52½ minute carrousel, a gold screw compensation balance, three gold screwed chatons and balance cock with steel polished regulation disc. Movement signed Barber & Smith 36 Cornhill London.
Off-white enamel dial made by Willis, Roman hour numerals, an outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and blued steel hands. The plain case with an engraved monogram, maker’s punch mark FT for Frederick Thoms and a push pendant to open the front cover. An 18 carat gold cuvette with dedication engraving P. R. Mann from Mother & Hugh. 18th Feb. 1907.
