A heavy, keyless-winding, Swiss 18K gold ankerchronometer pocket watch, Chronomètre Royal, with open face, circa 1910.
Engine turned 18K gold case, back with an elaborate monogram VMM. Signed enamel dial in very good condition with Arabic radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and pink gold hands. Geneva fine quality Ankerchronometer, bridge marked Chronomètre Royal, chronometer balance, fine adjusting device, wolf’s toothing.
