A fine and heavy Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless lever watch, circa 1916. This watch features a nickel finished mechanical movement with 20 jewels, eight adjustments, and a lever escapement. It has a white enamel dial adorned with Breguet numerals and a sunk subsidiary dial for constant seconds, complemented by blued spade hands. The case is made of 18 carat yellow gold and includes a signed cuvette and a hinged case back. The case, dial, and movement are signed. The watch comes with a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives that confirms the date of sale as April 5, 1917, and a pouch.

The case is in very good overall condition, showing only light wear and scuffs. The PPC mark on the bow is visible but has been lightly rubbed. The case back exhibits more noticeable scuffing and wear. The enamel dial is intact, although there is some debris near the perimeter of the sunken subsidiary dial. The movement is in working order.
