Switzerland, with Breguet-style radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and blued steel hands. Polished 18K gold case, back lid marked, inside Made for Tiffany & Co. by Patek Philippe & Co. Switzerland. Case and movement signed and with matching number 186104.
