Very rare enamel decorated rose gold watch by Patek Philippe

An unusual, very rare Swiss 18 carat rose gold and enamel pair cased keyless lever watch, circa 1887. Jewelled lever movement. Glazed cuvette. White enamel dial with blue Roman numerals, outer red Arabic numbers for minutes, the centre with a polychrome painted enamel pastoral scene of a lady. Inner case with snap on back and a polychrome painted enamel scene of a couple within a pastoral landscape, the outer case hinged with chased and engraved scene to the back depicting Saint George slaying the dragon and engraved S Georgivs Eqvitvm Patronvs, inside of the case depicting Jesus and His disciples crossing the Sea of Galilee in a boat during a great storm and engraved Intempustate Secvritas. Movement signed and numbered.
