A large, exquisite Swiss 18K gold open faced keyless lever pocket chronometer watch, circa 1910.
Jewelled keyless lever movement, anchor chronometer Royal with large chronometer balance and wolf teeth. Large engine turned 18K gold case, hinged case back with blank cartouche. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman radial hours, outer minutes track, subsidiary dial for the seconds, and gold hands. Case, dial, cuvette and movement signed, movement and case numbered.
